I live in Hawaii and fly to the mainland several times a year. I’ve tried sooo many neck pillows. My previous one came close, but it was so dense, heavy, and fat. I decided to try Trtl and I’m glad I did! To start, it’s much easier to pack: lightweight, and relatively thin when laid flat. When it came time to put it on, it’s easy to do and comfortable! I got the Plus model and appreciate its soft padding. It kept my head in a stable upright position that helped me relax and rest on the long, overnight flight to Denver (6.5 hours). I am 5’6” tall, normal neck height and I dialed in to the “shortest” position. I do kind of wish it went a little lower. I’m not short, but it bordered on too high for me. Still, I’m really glad I got it!

I have been debating getting this travel pillow for a very long time, mainly because of the price. I am so glad I finally committed. I have yet to use this on a flight, but have been trying it out at home and have been loving it so far. I've been having difficulty sleeping on flights lately since I'm usually sitting in the middle seat with my partner. I'm smaller, and I am so glad I chose to get the Plus version. I use this pillow on the smallest setting. My partner chose the Cool, and I found the frame to be to big and not supportive enough for me. I love how much support the Plus gives me, and I like the versatility of being able to adjust it if needed. The neck wrap takes some adjusting and getting used to. I love the size of the pillow overall, compared to a traditional neck pillow this is significantly more compact. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the storage/carrying bag. The velcro is strong and the clip looks and feels like nice quality.
